Pecan Pie Truffles

Pecan pie without the fork. Each truffle starts with a brown sugar pecan filling loaded with chopped pecans for serious crunch. We enrobe the whole thing in milk chocolate, creating a textured bite that's more about the nuts than the chew. The result is sweet without being cloying, with plenty of pecan presence to remind you this is supposed to be pie, not just candy. These are crunchy, nutty truffles—not soft or gooey centers.
